About Our Newsletter
Every resident receives a newsletter with their monthly invoices describing current events, happenings, and important notices. If you want to advertise, please advise by calling the office at 609-804-3300 or faxing 609-804-3310.

Clubs - Groups
Many residents have shown an interest in starting or joining a social group.
Do you want to play cards, join a reading club, plan a beach trip?
Please call the office and we can coordinate this for you, or insert a note in our next newsletter.

Each month we have a utility drawing!
All you have to do is drop off a copy of your utility bill at the Leasing Office. Each month, a winner is chosen at randam and recieves a credit for the total amount of the utility bill submitted. (Gas and Electric can be submitted. One gas, one electric winner is chosen each month.)

Maintenance Tips

• A running toilet can waste up to 200 gallons of water per day.
   Please notify the management office as soon as this problem is detected.
• Try to limit the weight of your trash bags.
• Never block the circuit breaker in your unit.
• Check the monthly newsletter for more maintenance tips!
