Each month we have a utility drawing!
All you have to do is drop off a copy of your utility bill at the Leasing Office. Each month, a winner is chosen at random and receives a credit for the total amount of the utility bill submitted (Gas and Electric can be submitted. One gas, one electric
winner chosen each month.)

Maintenance Tips
•A running toilet can waste up to 200 gallons of water per day.
 Please notify the management office as soon as this problem is detected.
•Try to limit the weight of your trash bags.
•Never block the circuit breaker in your unit.
